Mainly used for pre-mixing PVDF and CMC paste liquid, paste after pre-mixing will go to main mixing machine to mix completely.suitable for factories which adopt dry mixing process.
★Vessel speciation match with the vessel of main mixer, top is flat cover, bottom is cone, with jacket which can be cooling.
★Transmission system is comprised of two sets of motor, one is for low speed mixing stirrers, another is for high speed dispersion system.
★Sealing system is comprised of mechanical seal and fluororubber skeleton oil seal, sealing function is fine.
★With one electric cabinet, the protective class of all electric parts is Ip54.
